Ethel Fleming MAY, 84, of Henderson, NC, in this year of our Lord, went to meet her heavenly father on August 26, 2011. Born September 5, 1926, in Warren County, she was the daughter of the late Clyde W. Fleming Sr. and Lucy Mae Robinson Fleming. She was the widow of Stephen Theodore May Sr. Funeral services were held Monday, August 29, 2011 at Crystal River Church of God. Burial followed at Sunset Gardens. Surviving are five children; two daughters; three sons; one sister; nineteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren. Arrangements are by Flowers Funeral Home.

Thomas Webb MILLER, 77, of Henderson, died Saturday, August 27, 2011. Born in Wilson County on October 20, 1933, he was the son of the late Robert Luther Miller, Sr. and Reba Webb Miller. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. A memorial service was held Thursday at West End Baptist Church. He is survived by three daughters; one brother; five grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and a special friend.
